The home incorporates a guest wing that offers a Bed and Breakfast option which has been designed to capture views of the Kaimai ranges. A key requirement for the owners of this home was to ensure an energy efficient design with minimal running costs without sacrificing comfort. This has been achieved and comes as standard with every eHaus. This home received a Gold Award at the Registered Master Builder 2021 House of the Year Competition, Waikato – a true testament to the project architecture, by Johnson Brierley Architecture, and its construction, by eHaus Waikato.
