This compact, 100sqm, three bedroom home sits snugly overlooking a lush, green gully in Hamilton City. The three bedrooms open onto a central living/dining area with raking ceilings creating a sense of space. Outdoor living space is created by the generous roof overhang on either side of the living area providing shade and shelter.
