Kahuimanu House Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
Promoter:
The promoter is eHaus, 7 Rutland Street, Whanganui, New Zealand.
Promotion Period:
This promotion runs during Fieldays 2026, from 12:00am on 10 June 2026 to 4.30pm on 13 June 2026 (NZT).
Eligibility:
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of eHaus and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must scan their Fieldays Smart Band at the eHaus stand (Site RM10C) during the promotion period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a one-night stay for two people at the Kahuimanu BNB, an eHaus in Waikato, to the value of $190NZD. The stay must be booked through eHaus (info@ehaus.co.nz or 021 994 975) and used by 31 December 2026. Booking dates are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. Transport, meals, and any additional costs incurred are not included.
Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be randomly drawn on Friday 19 June 2026 and contacted via the contact details provided when scanning their Smart Band. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, a new winner will be drawn.
Prize Conditions:
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The winner must comply with all Kahuimanu BNB terms of stay.
The winner agrees to provide at least one photo of their stay at the Jetty House, which eHaus may use for promotional purposes across its marketing channels, including social media, website, and email communications.
Privacy:
By scanning your Smart Band, you agree to enter the Kahuimanu House Giveaway and join the eHaus community. We will use your information to administer the prize draw and share your details with our authorised local regional owners. This ensures the eHaus expert in your specific region can provide you with relevant local building advice and updates. You can opt out of these communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

eHaus reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. eHaus is not responsible for any technical issues or lost entries.
