We’re opening the doors to a recently completed home in Karori, Wellington and we’re inviting you to experience how warm and comfy it is. This is a rare opportunity to experience the difference a well-designed, high-performing home makes, and speak with our team about how our homes are comfier and more energy-efficient than standard homes.

This high performing home was designed by Mac Architecture with sustainability in mind, featuring low-VOC finishes, energy-efficient appliances, and responsibly sourced materials. It was built with Formance SIP's and features solar photovoltaic panels, battery storage and rainwater harvesting for energy independence.
