Ross and Julie Brown established their building business in 1997 based around their family, and their credibility for quality work and integrity in business.
Disillusioned with the building code standards, Ross and Julie went looking for a better way and have proudly held the eHaus License for the Waikato region since 2014.
Renowned for their credibility and quality workmanship they are award winners in both regional and national House of the Year Awards and have the largest number of eHaus builds across the business.

Their experience and specialist skills along with unique knowledge to build the eHaus way is exceptional. Ross is a Licensed Building Practitioner and Registered Master Builder. He, along with three of his carpenters hold the Certified Passive House Tradesperson qualification. Their passion and commitment to building high performing homes is proven, and their drive and tenacity to improve the quality of housing stock for families in the Waikato is unwavering. They believe all New Zealanders deserve more from their new builds.
