We're excited to announce that our eHaus team has expanded with two new licensees joining the team!
eHaus Kapiti is now under new ownership with Chay Goodwin and Erwin Kronawitter taking over the reins there. Josh Staples has also joined eHaus as our eHaus North Shore licensee.
Chay and Erwin have a background in high performing homes, both having international training and work experience before moving to New Zealand and teaming up together in 2017. Their commitment to sustainable, energy efficient building aligns perfectly with the eHaus vision, and we look forward to the construction of more eHaus’ in the Kapiti region.
The North Shore is a new region for eHaus, and we know Josh will do well there. With over 20 years in the building industry, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. As part of eHaus, Josh is excited to contribute to the delivery of high-performing homes that meet the evolving needs of homeowners.
