Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion Overview
   • The “Your eHaus Concept Design Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is conducted by eHaus Northland (the “Promoter”). This promotion offers a free concept design, valued up to NZD $10,000, to the first two clients who sign a contract with eHaus Northland to build an eHaus (the “Qualifying Contract”) during the Promotional Period.
2. Promotional Period
   • The Promotion begins on 13 November 2024 and ends on 28 February 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. Eligibility
   • Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 or over.
   • This Promotion is only available to new eHaus Northland clients who sign a Qualifying Contract during the Promotional Period. Existing clients who have already signed a Qualifying Contract with eHaus Northland prior to the Promotional Period are not eligible.
   • Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and agencies associated with this Promotion are not eligible.
4. Promotion Details
   • The first two eligible clients who sign a Qualifying Contract with eHaus Northland during the Promotional Period will receive a free concept design (the “Prize”) for their new eHaus home.
   • The concept design is valued up to NZD $10,000. Any additional design services required outside the scope of the concept design will incur further charges at the client’s expense.
   • The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Prize Conditions
   • The free concept design is subject to eHaus Northland’s standard design terms and conditions.
   • The Prize applies only to a concept design as defined by eHaus Northland and excludes any amendments or customisations beyond the initial concept.
   • Should the Qualifying Contract be cancelled or voided at any point, the Prize offer will be forfeited, and the client may be liable for design costs incurred by the Promoter.
6. Data Privacy: Any personal information provided by entrants will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. General Terms
   • eHaus reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the competition rules or terms and conditions. eHaus reserves the right to modify, withdraw, extend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise. Our decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   • eHaus Northland shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) incurred in connection with the Promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
   • eHaus Northland reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
   • By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
