This is where attention to detail with the fabric of the building especially airtightness really pays dividends. Every eHaus is tested at a pressure of 50 Pascals simulating a force 5 wind on the Beaufort scale. A wind like that would not be unusual in this location!
The home has 3 bedrooms including the master, a lovely feature is the reading room a prefect place to curl up with a good book.
