Nestled on a spacious section in Methven, this stunning home offers a perfect blend of sustainability and modern living, crafted to eHaus Euro standard. North-facing to maximise sun exposure, the home boasts uninterrupted views of the majestic Mount Hutt.
Designed for comfort and efficiency, this three-bedroom house features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, with high-performance triple-glazed European timber windows to ensure warmth during Methven’s cold winters.
A large covered outdoor area at one end of the house is ideal for entertaining, while a timber pergola on the north side provides ample shading during the summer months.
Complementing the home is a separate garage and workshop, designed to match the main house with a stylish tray-style Colorsteel cladding and cedar boarding. The garage also includes a link to the house and is equipped with a large solar panel system, complete with charging capabilities for an electric vehicle.
Every one of our projects are energy modelled using the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP). It's through this powerfully clever tool that we can accurately calculate just how much heat energy every eHaus will save when compared to a similarly- sized typical new home, built in the same climate region.
