This home is built on three levels with a workshop down below and two living areas are connected with an internal lift. Both living spaces capture amazing views over the harbour and Wellington City. The wrap around balconies bring the view even closer but also give shading especially to the western aspect. This design is very site specific and all credit to the build team who carried everything up the hill to deliver this high performance home! The client came to us at eHaus as they wanted certainty when the Wellington southerlies came through in they would be warm dry and draft free and they are thrilled with the outcome.
