This 160 sqm, two bedroom, family home is not only warm and stylish but Award winning taking out Gold in the 2022 HOY awards. Located on a corner site within its subdivision, the floor plan has been carefully considered to offer flexibility. As you step inside you are lead through to a light and bright open-plan living and dining area. Demonstrating adaptable and clever use of space, the living zone also serves as a music tuition area, with room for a grand piano.
