eHaus is now in Bay of Plenty - Tauranga

We are proud to introduce Ross Brown and Paul Sadlier as our newest eHaus Builders for Bay of Plenty - Tauranga. The exciting news is that our business continues to grow and expand to keep up with the demand.  We are now in twelve regions nationwide. The Bay of Plenty region is one of New Zealand most sought after building  locations, and this team already have builds on the go, and their books are filling up fast. These business partners have 32 years of experience between them. Ross, who is also the eHaus builder for the Waikato, has extensive experience in building to the eHaus standard and with Paul based locally these two are redefining the way we construct for Tauranga. Paul and Ross are both Licensed Building Practitioners and Registered Master Builders. Additionally, five of their carpenters hold the Certified PassiveHaus Tradesperson qualification. This shows the commitment of the whole team to excellence and ongoing education in our field. With the combination of our designHaus of specialist architects, designers and nation wide teams of eHaus builders, we are the New Zealand leaders in PassivHaus design and construction. PassivHaus certification for expoHaus Taupiri

The beautiful eHaus Euro expoHaus at 45 Komak Drive, Taupiri  flew through the PassivHaus certification process with flying colours.  The independent certification process is rigorous and extensive, ensuring the house meets all the PassivHaus international standards.  Our eHaus Waikato Team got a special mention from Jason Quinn as one of the best installations of insulation (now that's a tongue twister) he had seen.  Well done to all the teams!  The expoHaus is open Monday - Friday 9-3pm or by appointment.

eHaus is presenting at the South Pacific Passive House Conference

Baden Brown, eHaus Director is presenting at this years annual conference in Melbourne. He will be speaking first hand about our journey to date, and the role eHaus will play in the construction of the Passive House Co-Housing Project in Dunedin.  This incredible project is a New Zealand  first, and eHaus is proud to be part of this new way of thinking. This project is challenging and redefining the way we live. Our team are delighted to have the opportunity to share and educate others about this project and what eHaus is doing in New Zealand.

It's Homeshow Season!

Homeshows around the country are booked, and we are excited to once again be part of these events. They give us a chance to connect with our clients and talk to people about eHaus and the PassivHaus design and construction principles.
