Exciting news - we've officially broken ground on our eHaus in Lydia Place, Manawatu! We kicked off the build journey on 27 January 2025, marking the first step towards bringing our high-performing, energy-efficient home to life.
The initial site scrape is complete, along with the garage excavation and backfill, which have now been signed off by our engineers. This essential groundwork lays the foundation for what’s to come, ensuring everything is set up for a smooth build.
Next up: construction of the garage. We’re expecting the reinforcing steel to arrive later this week, and once it’s on-site, we’ll be straight into the next phase.
