Welcome to our Lydia Place Build Diary, where we will share the exciting journey of an eHaus build in Manawatu.

Starting with a vacant section on Lydia Place, we'll follow the eHaus Manawatu team as they break ground and construct a stunning 3-bedroom eHaus Pacific home. Throughout this journey, you'll see the team erect frames, install insulation and air and weather tightness layers, and learn about uPVC windows and the service cavity. We will also explore how eHaus’ are warmer, healthier, and higher performing than conventional houses.

This beautifully designed home, crafted by Stapleton Elliott, is being built for the owner of eHaus Manawatu. With the plans already consented by council, site works are set to begin in the next few weeks.
