eHaus Manawatu lends a hand

Nominate your favourite school or community group for a chance to win this incredible prize. Whether it's a school in need of a new deck, a community centre requiring repairs, or any other worthy project, we want to hear from you!

To nominate a school or community group:

• Go to the eHaus Manawatu Facebook post from 25 March 2024, announcing the promotion.
• Like the post and comment, tagging the nominee, along with a brief explanation of what building project they need and why they deserve to win.

Entry guidelines:

Nominations will be accepted from 3pm, 25 March to 10pm, 4 April 2024. Any entries received after this time will not be eligible. Nominations must be made on the original eHaus Manawatu’s Facebook post dated 25 March 2024.

Winner:

Nominated schools or groups must be located within the Manawatu region.

The winner will be selected by eHaus Manawatu based on the creativity of the nomination and the perceived impact of the project on the local community.

The winner will be announced on Friday, 5 April 2024, via eHaus Manawatu's Facebook page. If the winner can not be contacted by 11am Monday, 8 April 2024, a new winner will be drawn.

The winner must allow photos to be taken during construction and once work is completed for marketing purposes.

Prize:

The prize includes the labour and supplies required to complete a non-consented build project, valued up to $5,000, and will be provided by eHaus Manawatu.

The winning project must not require council consent and needs to be ready to build between 8 and 30 April 2024. If work cannot be completed for the winner during these dates, a new winner will be drawn.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

General conditions:

eHaus reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the competition rules or terms and conditions. eHaus reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise. eHaus Manawatu’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
