The anticipation of the new season is something so many look forward to. But as Summer starts and the windup to Christmas becomes a reality it's easy to get swept up in the need for a list and the looming timeline to meet deadlines. During this crazy time, it's great if you can, to take some time with friends and family to reflect about the year behind and the opportunities and learnings it has brought. Plus share ideas and dreams for the new year and the anticipation that brings. For many of our clients, this is the reality as their new eHaus becomes a home - so exciting. For others the planning is underway and the start of a new chapter is about to begin - equally exciting.
Here at eHaus the whole country is a buzz with builds and enquiries as PassivHaus principles become the design and construction method of choice for so many New Zealanders.

We are also developing our eHaus Builder network expanding the teams and further adding to new regions through New Zealand, with our newest region being Bay of Plenty - Tauranga
We have networks in Auckland, Waikato, Tauranga, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu, Whanganui, Taranaki, Wellington, Kapiti, Canterbury, Otago, Southland. If you are looking to build an eHaus check out the regional eHaus builders pages on our website www.eHaus.co.nz

This incredible eHaus designed by Hiberna Ltd sits on a stunning Twizel location.
Drawing international attention eHaus and Hiberna have been approached to feature this Twizel home in the Passive House Plus magazine.
They select some of the most interesting eco building and Passive House projects from around the world to feature an 'International story" and we are thrilled to know this property is drawing this kind of interest.
Passive House magazine is distributed to architects, engineers, contractors and other Passive House professionals throughout the UK, Ireland and internally. They are also the official partner magazine of the International Passive House Association.
