It has all you need including 3 bedrooms and an amazing private outdoor area linking directly to the internal living space. With all of the normal eHaus features and some extras this home has a very light footprint on the planet and generates most of the electricity that is needed to run the home through the year. Every one of our projects are energy modelled using the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP). It's through this powerfully clever tool that we can accurately calculate just how much heat energy every eHaus will save when compared to a similarly- sized typical new home, built in the same climate region.
