Its neat and compact layout encompasses two bedrooms, with the master featuring an adjoining walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are thoughtfully integrated, creating a space that promotes comfort and efficiency, and the standalone 35sqm garage allows for additional storage.
Thanks to its innovative design, this home has no heating installed, setting a new standard in energy efficiency. Every one of our projects are energy modelled using the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP). It's through this powerfully clever tool that we can accurately calculate just how much heat energy every eHaus will save when compared to a similarly- sized typical new home, built in the same climate region.
