This home is set in the heart of a growing community known as Foxton Beach. The design is timeless and provides a perfect living environment with absolutely minimal maintenance for this family. uPvc joinery provides excellent thermal performance as well a corrosion protection for this coastal location. The layout is simple but practical with a large garage leading into a generous kitchen dining living space. Two of the three bedrooms open out onto the traditional covered deck on the sunny side of the home. This provides the indoor outdoor flow that is popular especially in this location where you feel on holiday as soon as you arrive.
Every one of our projects are energy modelled using the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP). It's through this powerfully clever tool that we can accurately calculate just how much heat energy every eHaus will save when compared to a similarly- sized typical new home, built in the same climate region.
