Set in the rolling hills of Te Miro this home is in fact two homes in one. A seperate but joined  apartment provides all of the comforts for one generation including two bedrooms an extensive library and study. Then on the other side of the door another home that has everything a growing family needs. including 3 bedrooms downstairs, an open plan dining living kitchen and then a master bedroom upstairs with a separate lounge and craft room. This house meets the certified Passive House classic standard and is currently awaiting certification.

Hot Water – Bosch Compress 3000 – 270L capacity heat pump hot water cylinder

Heating/Cooling – No heating or cooling installed
