A compact three bedroom home, suited to young families and couples alike. This home is designed with environmentally conscious materials, with energy efficiency at its heart. At 113m2, the home has three bedrooms, ensuite and additional bathroom, separate laundry, living- dining and a generous kitchen. There is ample storage through well designed wardrobe spaces, linen cupboard and shelving in the laundry. High level ceilings in the living areas create a sense of volume and spaciousness while the transom windows bring in ample natural light into the space.
