This 144m² home is beautifully located in a rural lifestyle block in Whakamarama. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the family also enjoy the open plan living/dining area and library office to take in the landscape. The house has uPVC European engineered joinery and a hot water heat pump. Minimal glazing on the western wall ensures that the house meets just 1% of the year above 25 degrees, in the sunny Bay, this kind of result is excellent.
