This 144m² home is beautifully located in a rural lifestyle block in Whakamarama. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the family also enjoy the open plan living/dining area and library office to take in the landscape. The house has uPVC European engineered joinery and a hot water heat pump. Minimal glazing on the western wall ensures that the house meets just 1% of the year above 25 degrees, in the sunny Bay, this kind of result is excellent. This home is a delight to our European clients, who how enjoy the constant 18 degrees through the whole house without any heating required.
Every one of our projects are energy modelled using the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP). It's through this powerfully clever tool that we can accurately calculate just how much heat energy every eHaus will save when compared to a similarly- sized typical new home, built in the same climate region.
