Set in the beautiful far north on an elevated platform this property has stunning views of Hihi Beach and Doubtless Bay. The design has been created to protect from the extremes of nature and provide a perfect space for family and work. Created on multiple levels with the deck areas stepped in line with the natural contours the home nestles into the natural surroundings. The home has its own power generation with solar pv panels converting the plentiful sunshine into energy to drive this home.
Every one of our projects are energy modelled using the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP). It's through this powerfully clever tool that we can accurately calculate just how much heat energy every eHaus will save when compared to a similarly- sized typical new home, built in the same climate region.
