This home is built on 3 levels nestling well into the natural surroundings. With a garage and workshop downstairs, 3 bedrooms above that are connected to the open plan kitchen dining space. There is a private deck at the rear of the property giving great indoor outdoor flow. Just a 1kW panel heater is sufficient to keep the home warm in winter and the solar PV system ensures minimum running costs throughout the year.
Every one of our projects are energy modelled using the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP). It's through this powerfully clever tool that we can accurately calculate just how much heat energy every eHaus will save when compared to a similarly- sized typical new home, built in the same climate region.
We believe that our homes should have a big impact on the way we live, but little impact on the land.
