This home is tucked away in a sleepy avenue in a new subdivision. Low maintenance and a warm comfortable home were the key drivers that were critical for this client. On a recent visit after a couple of years in the home the owner confirmed we had hit the mark. A compact design with 3 bedrooms a generous open plan dining living area. Good indoor outdoor flow with covered decked areas make perfect sense to enjoy the lazy days of summer in this popular, growing community.
Every one of our projects are energy modelled using the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP). It's through this powerfully clever tool that we can accurately calculate just how much heat energy every eHaus will save when compared to a similarly- sized typical new home, built in the same climate region.
