The mechanical heat recovery ventilation system working quietly in the background, providing filtered fresh warm air. uPVC joinery was used throughout adding to the energy efficiency of the home. Outside, the white board-and-batten cladding with natural detailing and a gabled portico blend brilliantly to Mount Taranaki. This award winning home is a stunner. This home won a Gold and took the Category Winner at the Registered Master Builder 2021 House of the Year Competition, Taranaki. This home also was in the National Top 100 homes for 2021. Every one of our projects are energy modelled using the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP). It's through this powerfully clever tool that we can accurately calculate just how much heat energy every eHaus will save when compared to a similarly- sized typical new home, built in the same climate region.
