There is no doubt that Kinloch is an amazing place to live, right on the shores of lake Taupo with views of lake and mountains that make you catch your breath. We also know that it is one of the coldest places to live through a winter in the North Island but when you build an eHaus there is no need to worry about that! We are so happy to show you this first eHaus in Kinloch with its modern architectural take on energy efficiency designed by our fantastic Waikato based designer Dean Baldock. Every one of our projects are energy modelled using the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP). It's through this powerfully clever tool that we can accurately calculate just how much heat energy every eHaus will save when compared to a similarly- sized typical new home, built in the same climate region.
